Calabrian audiovisual and audiovisual is a compound cry but stops from the world of cinema and audiovisual. Twelve months after the publication of the Calabria Calabria Film Commission for support for productions, hundreds of professionals, technicians and companies in the area still await the publication of the final rankings. In an open letter addressed to the Calabria Region and the same film Commission, dozens of operators in the sector have expressed “respect but also great concern” for the silence that, they denounce, lasts for too long. “A year has passed since the publication of the announcement – reads the text – and despite the repeated requests for updating and the promise, during the meeting last August, that the rankings would have been made known by the end of the same month, nothing has been made public.”A delay that, according to the signatories, risks bringing an already fragile sector, made up of small businesses, workers and workers who often operate in precarious conditions on their knees.
