A large outdoor living terrace extends across the second floor, allowing the interior spaces to open directly onto planted areas. A double-height living room extends vertically toward activity areas on the third and fourth floors, creating visual continuity between different levels of the house. Although the principal living spaces are located above ground level, the house employs passive environmental strategies to improve indoor comfort. Building orientation, cross ventilation, landscaped outdoor areas, and carefully positioned voids work together to regulate daylight, airflow, and temperature.
