A 35-year-old man has been arrested for threatening to stab members of the Texas Governor’s Office because he couldn’t watch anime. Joseph Roy Ozment, from Houston, left an angry voicemail after apparently becoming convinced that a law introduced in Texas was preventing him from accessing anime online.
