Published August 7, 2026April 13, 1939 to July 27, 2026Arthur (Art) Edward Stubbs, aged 87, passed away on July 27, 2026, at the Red Deer Regional Hospital. He later moved to Red Deer, where he remained with AGT/Telus until his retirement in 1994. Following his retirement, Art realized his childhood dream and completed a solo, unassisted cycling tour across Canada over three consecutive summers, from 1994 to 1996. The family extends their sincere gratitude to the staff at West Park Lodge for providing amazing care to him over the last 3 years, and the medical team on Unit 32 at the Red Deer Regional Hospital.
