PLYMOUTH — The Marshall County Council will meet at a special time on Monday, Aug. 10, starting at 9 a.m., in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building on Jefferson St. in Plymouth. On that agenda are subcommittee reports from Highway and Job Classification and Compensation. The Council will also hear additional appropriations and transfer requests. After a recess, the Council will reconvene to hear the first reading of the 2027 budget.
