A masked radical used a St. Paul City Council meeting to unload an angry attack on private property, capitalism, police power, and the American system itself. Private property remains one of their favorite targets because ownership gives ordinary citizens independence from government control. The masked speaker in St. Paul delivered the familiar collection of accusations about colonialism, capitalism, fascism, and government oppression. Private property is not some minor administrative preference.
