GENOA – The Akela Wahinapay Lodge of the Order of the Arrow held its annual Pow Wowat Camp Preston Hunt near Genoa, Arkansas. Troop 5 Life Scout Kody O’Brienwas elected 2nd Vice Chief of the Lodge making him third in line of theofficers. Troop 5 Assistant Scoutmaster Betty Wright provided leadership,worked on the kitchen crew for the weekend and provided this picture. Other local Scouts in the picture are: Gus Kisselburg from Prescott and MikeLittle from Hope. Vigil Honors are the highest level of membership in the Order of the Arrow,Scouting’s fraternity of Cheerful Service to Others.
