Caldwell County prosecutors have filed felony and misdemeanor charges against a Trenton man in connection with a fatal traffic crash that occurred on Highway 36 in November 2025. According to court documents, the charges stem from a two-vehicle crash on November 17, 2025, at the intersection of Highway 36 and Litton Road in Caldwell County. Prosecutors allege Hiskett caused a fatal collision by pulling into the path of another vehicle with criminal negligence. A probable cause statement prepared by the Missouri State Highway Patrol alleges a white 2012 Chrysler Town and Country was traveling westbound on Highway 36 and approaching County Road 401 when a gray 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 3500, driven by Hiskett, entered the highway from the crossover at Highway 36 and County Road 401. The probable cause statement says both vehicles left the north side of the highway following the collision.
