Several felony cases were resolved on August 6 in Division One of Grundy County Circuit Court, including a guilty plea in a drug case and the revocation of probation for three defendants. The court stayed execution of both sentences and placed Claycomb on supervised probation for five years. David Ray Gamble of Kansas City had the stay of execution on his sentence revoked. James Leviticus Spray of Trenton also had the stay of execution on his sentence revoked. The court ordered execution of concurrent seven-year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for felony third-degree domestic assault and first-degree property damage arising from a September 2023 case.
