The tour began at Waterfall Point on NH-713A Hoj–Potin Road, where road restoration is in progress. She was accompanied by ADC Sagalee Kipa Raja and OSD to MLA Sagalee Debia Lalum. At Toru Engineering College, the DC reviewed construction progress and ongoing infrastructure works. During her administrative review, the DC visited Circle Offices at Toru and Leporiang.
