Logan senior Alton Ellis led the way as the Wildcats opened the season with a victory at Little Creek Country Club. Ellis earned medalist honors with a low round of 42, helping Logan claim an eight-shot win in the tri-match. Logan finished the tri-match with a team total of 177 while St. Albans finishedsecond with a 185. Logan junior Carson Hale shot a 45 to finish fourth and senior teammate CrewBlankenship and St. Albans senior Blake Hermansdorfer shared fifth placehonors with a round of 46. Tristan Parr of St. Albans was ninth with a 48 and Logan’sChase Butcher rounded out the top 10 with a round of 49.
