Elysian Fields multi-sport athlete Brandon “Nunu” Kennedy put up eye-popping numbers in six sports his senior season. The East Texas Baptist University football signee’s spectacular senior season earned Kennedy the Marshall News Messenger’s 2025-2026 Boys Athlete of the Year. In tennis, Kennedy and doubles partner Maddox Morgan earned second place at the District 23-2A match and qualified for regionals.
