Swedish construction and infrastructure group Skanska has installed 15 large steel beams to form the primary support for the new flyover at the A428 Black Cat junction marking a significant construction milestone on the £1bn improvement scheme. The wider A428 scheme will upgrade about 16km of road between the Black Cat roundabout near St Neots, in Bedfordshire, and Caxton Gibbet roundabout, in Cambridgeshire.
