The existing offices are three storeys high with a ground-level car park, located across the road from Oxford Cowley Station, which is set to be reopened to passengers under the Cowley Branch Line Scheme. Despite the planning of a six-storey car park, the letter said: "The proposals will increase the use of the site however, traffic levels will not significantly increase as the amount of car parking on site will be retained at existing levels. The correspondence between the city council and developers is part of a process known as a request for a screening opinion. The city council confirmed an environmental impact assessment would not be needed.
