Officers from the Community Action Team were carrying out "proactive patrols" on Chepstow Road, when a man was detained under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act. During a search of the man, officers found Class B controlled drugs, and further searches resulted in the discovery of Class A controlled drugs. The man was arrested and remains in police custody while an investigation continues. "During a search, officers located Class B controlled drugs.
