Pho, which has a restaurant in Bournemouth, has teamed up with condiment brand SABZU to offer the exclusive hot sauce across its restaurants nationwide until the end of August. The eye-catching sauce gets its vibrant colour from hibiscus flower and is made using white Thai chillies grown in northern Thailand. Libby Andrews, marketing director at Pho, said: "Not only does the new SABZU Pink Sriracha look amazing, it is delicious and so fun for summer. To mark the launch, Pho has introduced Pink Wednesdays. Customers who wear pink to the restaurant can enjoy select dishes and a spicy pink margarita for £5 each every Wednesday in August.
