According to widely circulated videos and public reports, a stray mother dog affectionately known as “Wang Wang” was attacked while caring for her litter of two-week-old puppies. The footage appears to show several minors striking the mother dog with long sticks as she cried out in pain. The mother dog was later found dead beside the charred remains of her puppies.
