Dharamshala: The launch event for e-Filing Version 2 was held on 4 August 2026 in the Tibetan Computer Resource Centre (TCRC) conference hall. The event was chaired by Finance Kalon (Minister) Tsering Dhondup and attended by Secretaries from all Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) offices, along with three representative e-Filing users nominated from each office. Tenzin Tsesong then presented the key features of e-Filing Version 2, highlighting its redesigned interface — rebuilt on modern Laravel and React architecture for a cleaner, more intuitive user experience. He also commended the TCRC team for their dedication and hard work in successfully delivering Version 2.
