OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Department of Mobility Management offers free park-n-ride transportation to the New York State Fair again this year! “Once again, Oswego County is able to offer free transportation to the New York State Fair,” said Oswego County Legislator Mary Ellen Chesbro, District 10, chairwoman of the Legislature’s Economic Development and Planning Committee. Oswego County Director of Mobility Management Heather Snow added, “We’re excited to continue offering free transportation to the New York State Fair. Free transportation to the New York State Fair is offered in collaboration with Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. (OCO).
