A Kamiah man was arrested this week by the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office. According to a social media post from the sheriff’s office, Wednesday night at around 11:30 p.m., an Idaho County deputy was conducting traffic safety enforcement on Main Street in Kooskia. He stopped a red sedan for failing to maintain lane. During the stop, the deputy observed paraphernalia in plain view in the vehicle. 54-year-old Michael Reed was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and misdemeanor driving under the influence.
