A MAGA meltdown erupted Friday after Sen. Lisa Murkowski told the nation she would not vote to confirm acting Attorney General Todd Blanche's nomination. "Absurd and unprincipled position here," wrote Mike Howell, of the Heritage Foundation. Murkowski said she could not vote for Blanche because she feared he would do the White House's bidding. "The country needs an Attorney General who will check the worst impulses of this administration," she wrote on X. A prominent conservative pundit with a vulgar X handle also slammed Murkowski for not walking the MAGA party line.
