You’re going to walk out with more appreciation than you came with,” says Cameron Booth, recreation services supervisor for Richmond’s Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities department. “It’s going to feel like a concert but come across as a musical theater production.” Performances start at 8 p.m., and admission is free as part of the 69th Dogwood Dell Festival of Arts.
