Three companies have submitted their qualifications to take on projects to improve Fourth Street in downtown Columbus. The city is calling the area around Fourth and Brown Streets its Finish Fourth project. The city has been seeking requests from design companies interested in coming up with a comprehensive plan and development for four properties surrounding the intersection. Those include the parking lots and former Sears building that are now owned by the Columbus Redevelopment Commission.
