A new traffic light-controlled crossing will be installed on the A149 in Stalham through a £400,000 investment from Norfolk County Council, improving connections between the Staithe and the town centre. Matthew Taylor, county councillor for the Stalham division, said: "This is going to deliver so much for our communities. Earlier this year, the A149 was blocked after a three-vehicle crash. Police, fire, and ambulance attended the scene, but there were no serious injuries.
