What started as regular trips to the theatre during his childhood gradually became a fascination with films, eventually taking a boy from Mahabubnagar in Telangana to Annapurna Studios. The trailer has already offered a glimpse into its rooted Telangana setting and its mix of family dynamics, humour and everyday situations. He had been drawn to art since school and, helped by his grandfather’s influence, developed an early fascination with cinema. Around the time the digital era was beginning to take shape, he picked up a camera and started exploring photography. He then pursued a Master’s in Audio-Visual Communication at Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication, specialising in screenwriting and direction.
