REDDITCH Entaco CC fell to 41-run defeat against Barnt Green 2nds despite a half-century from Muhammad Safyan. Barnt Green posted 218-7 from their 50 overs as Waqas Ali and Noman Chaudhry took the wickets for Entaco at Cherry Hill Road. Barnt Green won the toss and elected to bat all all of the home side’s top order scored well. Redditch’s top order stuttered in reply as Barnt Green reduced Entaco to 72-5 in the 23rd over. Redditch Entaco are next in action against Ombersley 2nds on Saturday, August 8 with play to begin at 12pm(midday) at Bromsgrove Road.
