Baltimore County police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash involving a speeding vehicle that had been pursued by deputies in Carroll County. On Wednesday night, Baltimore County officers responded to a crash near the intersection of Liberty Road and Lyons Mill Road in Randallstown. Carroll County authorities said the vehicle had been involved in a speeding incident before entering Baltimore County. When deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop, the driver fled into Baltimore County at speeds approaching 100 mph. A short time later, deputies were informed of a serious vehicle crash on Route 26 in the Randallstown area.
