Ms Rowells says problems began from the day she moved in, when there was no shower or sink installed. She says it took six months for these basic facilities to be fitted, leaving her with nowhere to wash. Since then, she says she has had ongoing issues with the shower, including noise that prompted complaints from neighbours, and repeated visits from contractors.
