Councillors will debate the proposals for Llanrwst United Junior Football Club on School Bank Road. Applicant Adam Jones wants to improve facilities for the club’s junior section by providing a tea hut and meeting room, as well as additional storage for football equipment and grounds maintenance machinery. Planning officers have recommended councillors should be minded to grant planning permission, subject to conditions. If permission is agreed, the vertically clad containers would be positioned alongside an existing container near the site’s northern boundary. The plans will be debated at Conwy County Council’s planning committee meeting at the authority’s Coed Pella HQ on Wednesday, 12 August.
