SUPERIOR — The Public Arts Commission issued its final public arts grants Thursday, July 30. Two education days serve up to 500 local students and are followed by a free public event day. The public event runs 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 26. “To make it abundantly clear, this is not going to be an actual séance,” said Jess McCullough, director of Superior Historic Properties. Superior Historic Properties plans to bring in Magician Michael Callahan to demonstrate the tricks mediums used and explain how they were performed on Oct. 24.
