Two suspects are behind bars after personnel with the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office found them while responding to a BOLO (be on the lookout) alert from Alabama. At about 2:32 p.m., a request from the Lamar County Sheriff’s Office was sent to Lowndes County E-911 regarding a Morris who was wanted in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident involving his mother. He was believed to be armed and dangerous and was last seen driving on County Road 9 to Lowndes County, the press release said. The press release said a hold has been placed on Morris for the Lamar County Sheriff’s Office and his ongoing domestic violence investigation. The press release said LCSO will continue to assist with investigators as additional charges are pursued.
