Man arrested for drug offence during neighbourhood patrol

On Thursday, August 6, officers from the Newbury Neighbourhood team arrested a man in the town for possession of a Class B controlled substance.
He was also arrested for failing to appear at court.
On Thursday evening the man was taken into custody at Loddon Valley Police Station.
A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said: "Newbury Neighbourhood officers have arrested this male in Newbury for possession of a class B controlled substance and for failing to appear at court.
