Construction is taking place on a dedicated cycle route in Woodlands Avenue, one of the main roads into and out of the town.
A temporary pedestrian crossing appearing to restrict access for wheelchair users as work takes place on the Woodley Active Travel Route.
The existing pedestrian crossing from Woodlands Avenue to the Woodley Precinct has been blocked off.
“The link will create safe, inclusive and direct access to Woodley town centre while connecting it to several schools and leisure facilities.”
While stretches of the route are available for use, the work is not complete yet, with the final section of Woodlands Avenue due to be ready by August 31.
