Dunfermline sex attacker jailed after assaulting young woman
['Court Reporter']

Peter Dale, 61, formerly of Cherrybank, was cleared of raping the 20-year-old victim but the jury found him guilty of sexual assault.
The judge, Lord Cubie, told Dale that he had carried out a "predatory" assault that "can only have been done for your own sexual satisfaction".
He said the offence was "a gross violation of the complainer's sexual autonomy" and has impacted on the victim.
During an earlier trial, Dale had denied assaulting and raping the woman on November 28 in 2022 at a house in Dunfermline.
The woman said Dale told her she had "a good looking body" and that she was "a pretty girl".
