It follows Wychavon District Council revealing it was dealing with repeated acts of vandalism and anti-social behaviour at the public toilets in Waterside, Evesham. In a recent incident, soap dispensers have been smashed off the walls of the toilet. A spokesperson for Wychavon District Council said: "A small act of vandalism.
