Jack Brown, of Chyvelah Vale, Gloweth, Truro, pleaded guilty at Truro Magistrates’ Court on August 4, 2026, to multiple offences under the Protection of Children Act 1978 and the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008. The court heard that between October 20 and October 31, 2025, Brown made a total of 122 indecent images and videos of children. These included 46 Category A images, 35 Category B images and 41 Category C images. He also admitted possessing two extreme pornographic images portraying acts which appeared to involve non-consensual sexual penetration with a dead or alive animal. Brown is due to return to Truro Magistrates’ Court, Tremorvah Wood Lane, at 2pm on September 15 for sentencing.
