Sam (A Lehtio’s Coel, BJ Bowen’s Pat) worked well outbye and although his turn round the pen was wide, his drive went well apart from wavers on the cross drive. A waver on the cross drive was her only worry there, and good work at hand completed the run level on points with Sam’s. Steven Alexander’s Lyn (A McCulloch’s Sam, S Alexander’s Flo) worked well outbye and although she had trouble on the cross drive, she got her gate and a good finish brought her level with Sam. A good drive followed and although the close work took time and patience, once completed, Dan took second place. Ian’s Dan ran out well and although he lifted slightly off line, he fetched them nicely up a gentle incline.
