Known as 'Scotland in miniature', the Isle of Arran is home to two independent distilleries – Lochranza in the north, where Arran Single Malt was born, and Lagg in the south, which produces the island’s heavily peated expressions.

The newly released casks offer whisky lovers the chance to own a piece of that history.
The 10-year-old Arran Single Malt first-fill bourbon peated casks were filled in 2016 with spirit distilled from 20ppm Scottish barley, offering a rare opportunity to own a whisky style that is no longer produced at the Lochranza distillery.
Ms Snaddon said: “Not every day I get to present aged single malt whisky casks, especially ones as unique as these peated ones.
