Car Crashes Into Back of Muni Bus, Catches Fire In NoPa

A car crashed into the back of a Muni bus, causing little apparent damage to the bus, but crushing the front end of the car which then caught fire on McAllister Street Thursday evening.
The incident happened around 5:20 pm Thursday, on McAllister Street between Divisadero and Broderick streets.
A gray, two-door BMW traveling westbound appeared to have crashed into the back of a 5-Fulton bus and subsequently caught fire.

The bus that appeard to be hit did not have any visible damage, with the car possible wedging itself under the rear bumber of the bus before catching fire.
