President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA says a re-elected UPND Government will upgrade the M8 Road in Manyinga District. President HICHILEMA says the project is aimed at improving connectivity, boosting trade and expanding access to essential services in Manyinga and surrounding areas. President HICHILEMA says the projects form part of Government’s plan to accelerate development in rural districts and improve people’s livelihoods. Speaking during a public engagement meeting in Manyinga, President HICHILEMA said the projects will be implemented when the UPND is given another mandate in next week’s General Election. Meanwhile, President HICHILEMA announced that Government has employed all volunteer teachers and nurses in Manyinga as part of efforts to strengthen the education and health sectors.
