DULUTH — A grand jury has indicted a Minneapolis man on a premeditated first-degree murder charge for a Central Hillside shooting. ADVERTISEMENTThe indictment was returned by the St. Louis County grand jury on Wednesday after testimony from five witnesses. A grand jury, which meets in secret, is required in order to bring first-degree murder charges under Minnesota law.
