The Grand Brighton is launching a new cocktail menu at the Victoria Bar & Lounge created in collaboration with Brighton-based artist Lois O'Hara. The menu includes six drinks, one of which is a mocktail, each reflecting the personality of O'Hara's artwork and come with a chocolate. These have been developed by bar staff Niall McGeady and Dara Brennan to mirror O'Hara's signature use of colour and shape. The hotel said the drinks selection is intended to honour the creativity of the people of Brighton, highlighting how artists, makers and the hospitality sector can work together. The menu features a variety of ingredients, ranging from fresh strawberries to a floral mix of Campari and jasmine syrup.
