"The gap between asking and achieved prices often reflects sellers testing the market rather than where buyers are actually prepared to transact. "Looking at genuinely completed sale prices alongside current asking prices provides a far clearer picture of local market conditions." Elsewhere in Brighton, sellers in BN1 reduced prices by £14,785 (2.94 per cent) and those in BN2 cut by £14,657 (3.12 per cent).
