Brighton singer-songwriter Elle Limebear’s single Give Me Joy has climbed to Number 1 on the UK Christian and Gospel Singles Chart, marking her first official UK chart-topper as a solo artist. Ms Limebear, a worship leader and singer-songwriter, told Christian entertainment website Godtube she was "absolutely thrilled" at the news. She said: "Christian music has such a beautiful place in our culture. Released on July 24, Give Me Joy is Ms Limebear’s first single with Decca Records. The achievement also adds to Ms Limebear’s growing list of career milestones.
