GRAND FORKS — Organizers behind the relaunch of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library program are hosting a community celebration Aug. 11 at the Grand Forks Public Library, 2110 Library Circle. At 4 p.m., remarks will be given by Mayor Brandon Bochenski, Grand Forks County Commission Chairwoman Kimberly Hagen, UND College of Education and Human Development Dean Shelbie Witte, and representatives of the Community Foundation of Grand Forks, East Grand Forks and Region. The Community Foundation will continue to raise funds to sustain the program for many years to come, the foundation noted.
