HP Dunwell is still an owner of the building, along with a company tied to Phoenix Realty Group.
📊Commercial: In Downtown Brooklyn, an affiliate of Newark, New Jersey-based Edison Properties sold a parking lot at 55 Smith Street for $58.1 million.
The buyer was a company tied to Cheskie Weisz, who in February filed an application to construct a 103,200-square-foot, 22-story mixed-use tower at the site.
