Tollcross Road was shut between Ogilvie Street and Sorby Street from 10.55pm on Thursday, August 6. Emergency services attended the scene, with drivers urged to use an alternative route. Glasgow City Council said at the time: “Due to an ongoing Police incident, Tollcross Road is currently closed from Ogilvie Street to Sorby Street. “Drivers are advised to seek an alternative route.” The council later confirmed Tollcross Road had fully reopened to traffic at 7.07am this morning, Friday, August 7.
