The court heard Cairney wasn't at home when police armed with a search warrant arrived on June 2 last year. They were directed to an address in London Road, Glasgow, where officers confronted him and seized a mobile phone. Jack Lindsay, prosecuting, said: "Examination of the phone showed that the accused had distributed five images to another user between February and May 2024. The court heard that Cairney has been on bail since an initial court appearance in June last year. The sheriff ordered the destruction of his mobile phone.
