Three people have been charged after a firearm was discharged in South Bristol earlier this week. Ryan Davies, aged 19 from Pavey Road, Hartcliffe, was charged with assault by causing actual bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. All three are due to appear at Bristol Magistrates’ Court today (Friday 7 August) and have been remanded into custody until the hearing. Three other people remain in police custody while enquiries into the incident in Pavey Road, Hartcliffe, on Wednesday 5 August continue. An investigation was launched after a firearm being discharged at around 1pm.
