According to the information, over the reporting period, the Digital State Finance information system was created by the decree of the President of Azerbaijan dated January 26, 2026. The implementation of the system aims to expand digital solutions in the management of state finances and organize processes more efficiently. The ministry has also developed the Budget Information Management System (BIMS) subsystem. The report noted that data was collected for 1,034 enterprises through the state enterprise digital monitoring system. Analyses were conducted on state-owned enterprises' budget revenues, dividends, and other indicators for 2020–2026.
